We created a new website for Newark based Swaffer Psychology, specialists in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Dr Swaffer had the logo, copy, images and an example site all ready for us before we started work, and the first step was to redirect the domain name to our green web hosting server and set up the email address.

WordPress build

We then set the site up on our easy to use content management system (WordPress). This allows edits of the site content at any time, which is as easy as typing an email. We added all the content and laid it out attractively rather than just a block of text! The great stock images bring the site to life and protect the confidentiality of clients by not using images from sessions.

The site was sent to Dr Swaffer for approval and we made some edits based on feedback from her and her colleagues before launching.

Maintenance

We maintain the website software on an ongoing basis, so there’s peace of mind knowing that everything is up to date. We also test the contact form once a month to make sure enquiries are still coming through OK.
